He's a known face on the modelling circuit and also shook his thing in '36 Chinatown'. Upen Patel now has added yet another feather in his cap, bagging the coveted Provogue Youth Icon status. Brand ambassador for the new line of innerwear and denim, Upen is naturally thrilled. "It's great to be associated with Provogue. I've signed a five year contract and I hope that we grow together."
The line, Upen says, is 'very him' and he actually had quite a say in matters. "I identify very much with the clothes as the stuff is what I normally wear – low-waisted jeans, tight ganjis, etc. The best part was that every time I made a suggestion, it was taken seriously and implemented. I had a hand in the look and the styling and I feel like it's my baby too." ….read more
