Sanjay Dutt challenges conviction in Supreme Court

Actor Sanjay Dutt has filed a petition in the Supreme Court challenging his conviction in the 1993 serial blasts case.

He was sentenced to six years in prision under the TADA Act as the court had found him guilty under the Arms Act. He was on bail for almost two months and was then taken into custody on October 22nd after being given a copy of his judgement.
