Salman Khan launches Salman Khan Foundation

For Salman Khan, charity begins at home. He has recently launched a charitable organisation named ‘Salman Khan Foundation’. The foundation will help all needy people for treatment and other health related financial aid.
Salman made the announcement of his foundation on the last episode of KBC, where he appeared with girlfriend Katrina Kaif. Salman has made a start by donating the Rs 50 lakhs, which he won on the special episode. He mentioned that he will hold an exhibition of his paintings and raise money for the foundation.

I have one year old child who is not able to listen and speak. cochlear impantation is to be done in hinduza hospital by dr. milind v. kirtane mumbai as we are not financialy sttrong enough to afford an wxpenses of repees nearly six lacs and implantaion is to be followed by speech thearphy by malika arjun, ahemdabad and its expenses are nearly 75000/- kindly help us because we are in dare need for help. There is so much to do but unfortunately due no financial backup our organisation can’t lead so much. Recently i have started Sports Promotion Campaign where i am trying to offer Financial aids to needful sport person from various parts of Maharashtra but very poor response from donors. charity is also a part of glamour and glamourous people must work on it.

salam, I m an occupational therapist, working for disabled children, now I m doing Masters in occupational therapy too. i m also doing a research for cerebral palsy children. I want to work with salman Khan fondation. i can do an excellent for disabled children to improve their quality of life. currently i m in New delhi. i m planning to go to Ireland in May2008, if didnt get a suitable work. but i dont want to go in really.
