Now a sequel to RAAZ

The very unnerving RAAZ directed by Vikram Bhatt and produced by Vishesh Films is all set to join the sequel bandwagon. After the spectacular success of RAAZ, Mahesh Bhatt is now planning to make a sequel. As per reports in a daily, Mahesh wants to further explore the horror genre though the cast is yet to be finalized. They are still working on the script and the film is likely to be directed by Vikram Bhatt again. RAAZ, released in 2002 was a supernatural thriller starring Dino Morea, Bipasha Basu and Malini Sharma in lead roles. The film was allegedly inspired by the Hollywood film WHAT LIES BENEATH.
Some of the other sequels in the offing include MALAMAAL WEEKLY, MR. INDIA 2, NO ENTRY 2 etc. Sequels and remakes just seem to be the order of the day in Bollywood.
