Mithoon’s Malaysian film to release in India

If you think that young composer Mithoon has made name for himself only in India, then that's not really the case. He is in fact one of the very few mainstream composers from Bollywood who have crossed shores and created a strong presence overseas as well.
4 weeks back, a big budget film named DIVA was released in Malaysia. Made in Malay language, it was special since it had Mithoon at the helm for both the soundtrack as well as background score. Mithoon composed each of the five songs for the film, the theme of which revolved around music. The story was centered on a young and famous Malaysian diva who tries to win over her mother's heart by training the students from her father's music school to become pop stars.
Good news is that the film is looking at an Indian release with English subtitles. One expects the soundtrack of the album to be made available in India; especially so since each of the 5 songs composed by Mithoon has been well appreciated in Malaysia.
